This book is a lim­ited edi­tion of 50 signed and num­bered copies, and only 20 of them remain avail­able. They will be given to con­trib­u­tors on a first-come, first-served basis. Copies of Alfred Dorn’s ear­lier books are offered by on-line book­sellers for prices as high as $175, and signed copies of his books are very scarce. Don’t delay!
